About the role

  • Generate and update the monthly statistical baseline (initial forecast), ensuring consistency of historical data.
  • Consolidate inputs from Marketing, Trade, New Products, Commercial, Market Intelligence and Supply, maintaining version control and traceability.
  • Support the Demand Coordinator in preparing and conducting Demand Review meetings.
  • Perform forecast accuracy analyses (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, MAPE), identifying deviations and root causes.
  • Monitor product launches and discontinuations, ensuring data integration into the S&OP cycle.
  • Support integration of the demand forecast into the Supply Planning and Finance cycles (S&OP team).
  • Extract, clean and process historical sales and production data from ERP and APS systems.
  • Run basic forecasting models (moving averages, exponential smoothing, seasonality).
  • Update demand dashboards in Power BI and other technologies.
  • Assist in preparing presentations/memoranda for S&OP forums.
  • Ensure traceability and documentation of all forecast assumptions.
  • Support weekly monitoring of demand indicators with the S&OE team.
  • Maintain ongoing alignment with internal teams, clarifying forecast numbers and assumptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Planning/S&OP and/or S&OE.
  • Knowledge of operations resource management in complex supply chains.
  • Understanding of finance, operating costs and inventory management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Office Suite) and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning or Business Management.
