About the role

  • Ensure that the terms agreed with the partner (deadlines, technical and financial deliverables) are met during the project execution phase, at product launch, and throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Remove impediments and promote integration between internal technical areas and the partner, acting strategically and proactively to achieve project goals and results.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for the external partnership project portfolio, providing visibility and proposing improvements based on the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage contracts and agreements for external partnership projects.
  • Lead governance forums, project meetings, and committees with partners.
  • Integrate schedules and priorities with internal areas (Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing).
  • Contribute during the feasibility phase of external partnership projects by actively participating in contract validation, risk assessment, and planning of the Alliances routines to be implemented after project approval.
  • Safeguard the technical and financial sustainability of external partnership projects.
  • Build and refine financial tools (alliances P&L, dashboards, reports) covering the entire chain (Libbs, distributor, partner).
  • Provide internal training on analytical tools (Excel, Power BI), disseminating knowledge to other areas.
  • Analyze IQVIA audit data, financial reports, variances and collaborate with S&OP to optimize inventory and ordering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Previous experience in new business, strategic alliances, projects, or finance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of IQVIA audits: PMB and MDTR.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as margins, IRR, NPV, costs and familiarity with financial tools such as P&L and economic feasibility analyses.
  • Fluent spoken English required.
  • Availability for occasional international travel and to host partners, when necessary, in Embu das Artes or São Paulo.
  • Conversational Spanish.
  • Experience with IQVIA Analytics, PitchBook, GlobalData or Cortellis.
  • Experience building business cases.
  • Previous experience on global projects or working with international teams.
  • Experience in innovation environments, digital transformation, or new business development.
