About the role
- Ensure visibility, management and control of the new product project portfolio.
- Be responsible for leading the feasibility assessment phases (DI & PE), managed using agile methods; conduct meetings and alignments with key stakeholders, remove impediments, etc.
- Be accountable for managing the business plan and project scope (planning, monitoring and control): timeline (delivery package level), costs and investments, global project risk management, economic analysis and technical and financial approvals with the Board of Directors and the President.
- Monitor and lead the process of financial gate reviews throughout the project life cycle, and perform new economic scenario analyses that may arise from opportunities or challenges during product development to facilitate the best decision-making by senior management.
- Lead project discussion and alignment forums according to Agile methodology to ensure consistency in reporting indicators for performance tracking; map, discuss, validate and monitor action plans to address deviations.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement necessary changes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies and project management methodologies to apply best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Specialization or certification in Project Management
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile and traditional)
