About the role
- Act in a consultative capacity with internal areas and IT teams, identifying needs, improvement opportunities and requests related to IT infrastructure, always aligned with the business strategy.
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects and solutions, from conception to decommissioning, ensuring continuous value delivery.
- Work in an agile environment, collaborating with squads and stakeholders to prioritize requests, define the roadmap and organize the backlog.
- Evaluate and propose new infrastructure technologies and trends, ensuring technological evolution aligned with the corporate roadmap.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business areas and leadership, promoting strategic alignment and smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers and technology partners, from selection through contractual and financial management of infrastructure products.
- Monitor health and performance indicators of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring quality, stability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure, with involvement in projects and/or products.
- Hands-on experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in technical teams, especially in infrastructure and networking.
- Experience with backlog prioritization, roadmap definition and facilitation of agile practices.
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, VMware, Backup, Disaster Recovery).
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with agile management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar).
- Ability to analyze agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burn-down, among others).
