Avaloq Developer

Project Manager

• Facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and other ceremonies as required.
• Foster an environment for high performance and facilitate the team to be more productive and effective.
• Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners to facilitate the delivery of prioritised initiatives.
• Facilitate the estimation of initiatives, working closely with the Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Analysts.
• Develop plans including identifying work required, resourcing required, scheduling of activities and budget planning.
• Coordinate initiatives across teams, working with other project managers, managing dependencies, rhythms and meeting cadences.
• Manage the risk, quality and progress ensuring implementation on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
• Take responsibility for the delivery of non-technical components including business stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness, engaging with the relevant support functions as necessary.
• Regularly communicate and update key stakeholders on project deliverables with timely escalation of any issues impacting project timelines or costs.
• Run the required project governance forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
• Along with other Project Managers, plan and facilitate Big Room Planning/PI Sessions.
• Evaluate and identify improvements to inform future projects and to our delivery framework.

Business Analyst

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritise initiatives, and resolve issues across multiple streams
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria
• Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams
• You will support business analysts, developers and testers in your stream through the sprint cycle to achieve sprint goals and deliver value to the stakeholders
• Ensure effective change management of process changes when deploying change initiatives
• Lead a small team of Business Analysts and contribute to the overall leadership of the Delivery Team
• Provide expert guidance, mentorship and technical knowledge to develop capabilities of business analysts, supporting growth and development

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead Avaloq engineering by setting technical direction, defining engineering standards and ensuring high levels of code quality, documentation, testing and release readiness.
• Provide leadership across the Avaloq codebase to maintain consistency, integrity and long‑term sustainability.
• Drive major technical decisions for platform enhancements, integrations, client‑facing capabilities and automation initiatives.
• Design and deliver complex solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements, including Avaloq Core Platform configuration, AvaloqScript / ACP parameterisation and integration design.
• Guide end‑to‑end architecture across Avaloq, ESB, APIs, IAM, reporting and downstream systems, assessing risks, trade‑offs and long‑term impacts.
• Act as the senior engineering owner for platform stability and operational excellence, partnering with support teams on incident triage, root‑cause analysis, release/change management and environment readiness.
