💰 £19,500 - £22,000 per year
About the role
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all entities meet ISO requirements and adhere to company processes
- Manage contracts in a timely and accurate manner to avoid credits
- Review and action completed pick lists; produce accurate delivery paperwork in real time
- Chase internal and external transport suppliers for PODs to enable timely invoicing
- Raise collection notes at point of off-hire and proactively address outstanding collections and returns
- Complete off-hires and close contracts in real time; review and resolve outstanding damage and lost quotes
- Ensure contracts are available for weekly and monthly invoicing and bill customers as per specific invoicing requirements
- Produce weekly on-rent reports and share with customers; support the Hire Desk team to meet/exceed SLAs and answer calls when needed
- Address and resolve queries promptly; collaborate with Operations & IT on Liftware maintenance and participate in stock-taking
- Identify and report opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance customer experience
- Produce parts and servicing quotes/orders with Workshop teams and produce accurate test certifications for customer-owned kit
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills
- IT literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diligence and commitment to following tasks through and resolving problems
- Self-motivated with the capability of working independently
- Desirable: Experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to build strong rapport with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Working pattern: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 30 hours per week, 4 days per week
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Alfreton Trading Estate, Wimsey Way, Alfreton DE55 4LS before starting work (required)
