About the role
- Provide direct support for Clinical Tower's End User Sales Team.
- Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive and assist in lead generation.
- Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines.
- Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately.
- Update and maintain CRM systems.
- Capture new product inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience.
- Understanding of sales processes and goals.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
