About the role
- Contact companies through structured cold-calling telephone outreach
- Identify appropriate contacts and schedule virtual consultation appointments via Microsoft Teams
- Present the offering in virtual meetings
- Understand the counterpart's needs
- Manage the process through to contract signing
- Handover to the Scientific Consulting team after contract signing
- Provide support in the further process as needed
- Prepare conversations in a structured manner
Requirements
- Experience in telephone sales for new customer acquisition
- Ability to engage and excite people about a topic
- Proactive outreach to new customers
- No fear of cold calling
- Resilient and focused despite rejection
- Professional demeanor
- Sensitivity when communicating at executive/management level
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Structured way of working and self-motivation
- Business-fluent German (C1); English is not required
