About the role
- Administer customer satisfaction surveys (cold and warm)
- Collect, analyze and track customer feedback
- Contribute to the implementation of KPIs and monitoring tools
- Ensure the quality and compliance of collected data
- Identify cross-selling and lead-generation opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in call handling
- Language skills: fluent Italian required + French or English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
- Good listening skills, confidentiality, strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
