About the role

  • Define Growth strategy and prioritization in alignment with company objectives
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional Growth team (business + technical profiles)
  • Oversee internal and external growth initiatives end-to-end—from ideation to execution and measurement
  • Ensure scalable, data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, automation, and analytical insights
  • Build and maintain integrations, workflows, dashboards, and internal tools using no-code/low-code or custom code
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to shape how Lexroom.ai scales

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as product manager, growth manager, operations manager, or similar
  • Strong business sense and experience managing and mentoring teams
  • Technical fluency with no-code/low-code tools and ability to collaborate with developers
  • Ability to read and write basic code (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and REST principles
  • Strong analytical approach with structured problem-solving skills
  • Fluent communication skills in Italian and English
