About the role
- Define Growth strategy and prioritization in alignment with company objectives
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional Growth team (business + technical profiles)
- Oversee internal and external growth initiatives end-to-end—from ideation to execution and measurement
- Ensure scalable, data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, automation, and analytical insights
- Build and maintain integrations, workflows, dashboards, and internal tools using no-code/low-code or custom code
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape how Lexroom.ai scales
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as product manager, growth manager, operations manager, or similar
- Strong business sense and experience managing and mentoring teams
- Technical fluency with no-code/low-code tools and ability to collaborate with developers
- Ability to read and write basic code (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or willingness to learn quickly
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and REST principles
- Strong analytical approach with structured problem-solving skills
- Fluent communication skills in Italian and English
