About the role
- Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.
- Manage the entire funnel for existing business, conducting checkpoints/interviews and doing upsells.
- Work closely with customers to get their feedback, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product.
- Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing), sharing useful insights and ideas.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
- Eager to join a rapidly growing startup
- Optional but a bonus: law degree.
- Speak both Italian and English.
