About the role

  • Defining and executing a comprehensive people strategy, mapping the end-to-end employee journey with clear KPIs, headcount planning, and career development frameworks.
  • Architect and scale a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous feedback, utilizing data-driven performance management systems (OKRs & KPIs), to ensure accountability and organizational alignment.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment engine to attract top-tier talent across Europe, optimizing the hiring funnel for both speed and quality.
  • Structuring team evolutions and internal workflows to maintain an agile, lean, and synchronized organization.
  • Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing expert coaching on all aspects of organizational health, performance, and talent management.
  • Elevating Lexroom’s brand to position the company as a premier destination for top-tier talent, fostering an environment built on shared purpose and collective excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a People Manager, HRBP, or Head of People roles in a fast growing startup or dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, building employee journeys and career paths.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A background in consulting or tech is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills combined with humility and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven track record in driving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - we move fast.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
