About the role
- Recruit, coordinate, and manage a network of independent sales agents across the national territory.
- Ensure comprehensive commercial and product training for the sales agents, and continuously monitor their performance and professional development.
- Define ambitious sales objectives and implement effective strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
- Coach and support sales agents in complex negotiations and provide guidance throughout the entire sales process.
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results directly to the Commercial Director.
- Maintain constant communication with the sales network, ensuring a high level of motivation and engagement.
- Identify new commercial growth opportunities and potential markets within the area of competence.
Requirements
- Consolidated experience as an Area Manager, Team Leader, or Sales Manager in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrable track record in managing and developing networks of independent sales agents/agencies.
- Excellent leadership, management, and motivational skills for heterogeneous teams.
- Autonomy in activity management and strong organizational skills.
