About the role

  • Provide technical expertise & support to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process
  • Perform technical sales support virtually, on customer sites, or on a multiple-site basis
  • Resolve technical product/service issues
  • Assist customers during the sales process to maximize benefits from LexisNexis products and services
  • Support clients in a non-billable capacity to grow adoption and increase success with CRM and Business Development initiatives using InterAction
  • Build strong team member & client relationships
  • Collaborate across teams to improve product/service delivery and customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment
  • Proven sales and/or training experience
  • Legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools
  • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
  • Knowledge of CRM technologies & platforms
  • Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
  • Willingness to perform technical sales support virtually, on customer sites, or across multiple sites
