About the role
- Provide technical expertise & support to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process
- Perform technical sales support virtually, on customer sites, or on a multiple-site basis
- Resolve technical product/service issues
- Assist customers during the sales process to maximize benefits from LexisNexis products and services
- Support clients in a non-billable capacity to grow adoption and increase success with CRM and Business Development initiatives using InterAction
- Build strong team member & client relationships
- Collaborate across teams to improve product/service delivery and customer outcomes
Requirements
- Strong complex problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment
- Proven sales and/or training experience
- Legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools
- Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
- Knowledge of CRM technologies & platforms
- Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
- Willingness to perform technical sales support virtually, on customer sites, or across multiple sites
