About the role

  • Monitor and analyse regulatory developments, legislative reforms, regulatory guidance, enforcement actions, and relevant case law.
  • Assess the impact of regulatory change on existing content and plan timely updates, enhancements, or rewrites.
  • Draft, edit, and structure regulatory compliance content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and practical usability for customers.
  • Ensure content is kept current through regular reviews, scheduled updates, and reactive change management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the portfolio, including target market, authors, positioning, structure, and development needs.
  • Implement subject matter knowledge and customer insights to deliver content that ensures currency, relevance, and accessibility across products.
  • Identify and implement plans to harvest, refresh, or discontinue underperforming modules.
  • Develop and communicate the value proposition of all modules within the portfolio.
  • Support new content development proposals and the implementation of new content and titles in various practice areas and/or jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • 3–4 years’ experience in content development, legal publishing, regulatory compliance, or a related role.
  • Strong drafting and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory material into clear, practical content.
  • Good understanding of publishing workflows, editorial processes, and content management systems.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
