- Providing leadership in sales function, and being accountable for the performance and results of multiple direct reports
- Developing strategic plans and priorities, and aligning resources as needed
- Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to build a high-performance sales team
- Partnering with cross-functional leadership team, providing feedback and collaborating on segment-level initiatives
- Managing multiple professionals, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources
- Being accountable for end results, finances, budget, and exercises control over resources, planning, and policy formulation
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrate successful sales leadership experience in a complex solution or B2B environment
- Display seasoned leadership practices such as fostering a climate that values and rewards overall performance excellence
- Be able to travel based on customer needs
- Have a comprehensive understanding of information services industry and sales methodologies
- Have experience in working with the Salesforce.com CRM platform
- Be proficient with virtual delivery platforms MS Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, and Skype
