About the role

  • Provide stewardship, expertise, and governance over business metrics supporting North America and UK capital investments
  • Define, track, and interpret success metrics supporting the capital plan
  • Provide recurring executive reporting and forward-looking analysis
  • Collaborate with Data Teams, Product Owners, and Finance to ensure metrics are well-defined
  • Develop excellent relations with Business Unit CFO, Directors, Business Partners, and Global Analytics team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a financial role
  • Deep understanding of P & L metrics and drivers
  • Financial Degree or Diploma, MBA or advanced business degree
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting
  • Experience of delivering a service through significant change
  • Knowledge of financial technical accounting standards
  • System knowledge: Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint (intermediate), Hyperion, PeopleSoft
