About the role

  • Develop and support change plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities
  • Assess how changes affect people, processes, and ways of working
  • Identify stakeholder needs, readiness, and potential risks
  • Work with project and operations leaders to align change efforts with delivery timelines
  • Create clear, accessible communication and learning materials
  • Support adoption of AI-enabled tools while reinforcing accuracy, trust, and professional standards
  • Gather and analyze feedback through surveys, workshops, and focus groups
  • Track adoption and engagement, sharing insights through reports or dashboards
  • Coach managers and teams through periods of change
  • Capture lessons learned to improve future change initiatives
  • Ensure change activities are inclusive and accessible across global locations

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in change management, operations, analysis, people experience, or similar fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Familiarity with change frameworks or improvement methods
  • Experience supporting change, transformation, or improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with digital tools, including generative AI and collaboration platforms
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences
  • Comfort working with data, feedback, and insights to inform decisions
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate with people at different levels and in different cultures
  • Ability to explain complex changes in clear, practical ways
