About the role
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement
- Own our event strategy across in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences—including conferences, trade shows, field events, webinars, and proprietary events
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure events drive measurable pipeline and engagement
- Create event messaging and positioning in collaboration with content and brand teams
- Oversee lead capture, attribution, and post-event nurture strategies
- Analyze performance metrics (attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROI) and present insights to stakeholders
- Manage external vendors, agencies, venues, and technology platforms
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on events (preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software)
- Proven experience managing both in-person and virtual events at scale
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and/or webinars simultaneously
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams and supporting pipeline goals
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
- Willing to travel 15-20% as needed for events
- Experience with Salesforce & Pardot, Photoshop and/or Canva
- Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Cvent, ON24)
