About the role

  • Assists with the daily functions of the business and financial operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • Responsible for efficiency and throughput, supply utilization, data analytics, contract negotiation, and financial viability of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • Serve as liaison between departmental and executive leadership across all areas impacting business operations to include but not limited to supply chain, legal, IT, and central business office.
  • Assist with the development and execution of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Oversee and manage staff as assigned.
  • Ongoing analysis, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives centered on optimization of Cardiac Cath Lab operations.
  • Integration with Supply Chain and Legal teams to evaluate and execute on supply chain sustainability measures.
  • Communicates in a highly effective manner with leadership, physicians, and staff across the organization.
  • Provides guidance, support, and constructive feedback to direct reports and other team members as appropriate.
  • Enthusiastically leads team, embraces diversity and embodies the culture of the organization.
  • Supports strategic initiatives of the organization and implements as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to make good decisions and highly cognizant when decision making requires other party input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • 3 Years of Experience in a Management, Supervisory, or Lead Capacity
  • An Advanced Degree Will Be Considered in Lieu of Experience
