About the role

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across all departments
  • Support Schools & Academics (departments) with trainer scheduling, prep, and organisation
  • Coordinate with Camps and Adult Education teams to ensure smooth operations and logistics.
  • Build, maintain, and improve internal systems, processes, and automations
  • Ensure clean communication flow across teams and projects
  • Take ownership of problem-solving and quality control
  • Assist the CEO with implementing strategic initiatives
  • Prepare internal documents, plans, communication, and operational materials
  • Remove operational pressure from CEO so they can focus on growth

Requirements

  • Have experience in operations, project coordination, education ops, hospitality ops, or similar
  • Are extremely organised and detail-oriented
  • Thrive in environments with many moving parts
  • Communicate clearly, calmly, and kindly
  • Think in systems - not isolated tasks
  • Can move fluidly between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
  • Love supporting teams and helping others succeed
