About the role
- Drive sales growth by generating leads, booking meetings and managing our HubSpot CRM
- Reach out to schools via calls and emails
- Qualify leads by identifying school needs and their interest level
- Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Follow up on inbound leads and past contacts
- Input and track all leads in HubSpot
- Assign lead statuses
- Set up and optimise automated follow-up sequences
- Provide weekly reports on outreach performance
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or customer outreach (B2B or education sales a plus)
- Comfortable calling and engaging decision-makers
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- High-impact role in an agile startup
- Flexible work – Remote or hybrid from Berlin
