About the role

  • Be the friendly first voice prospects hear from HERO in the Netherlands
  • Follow up on hot inbound leads and execute strategic outbound campaigns to book quality demos
  • Own your core KPI by consistently scheduling qualified demo appointments for Account Executives
  • Jump in to run demos yourself when needed, helping build momentum
  • Share valuable insights from customer conversations to refine market entry strategy
  • Translate marketing materials from English to Dutch and support local campaigns
  • Represent HERO at Dutch trade fairs and customer events

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch plus excellent English (C1+) for seamless cross-market communication
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with outbound outreach or inside sales experience
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine "can-do" attitude that prospects can feel through the phone
  • Driven self-starter who's energetic, curious, and motivated by building something new in a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • Willing to occasionally travel to the Netherlands for trade fairs and customer events
  • Thrive in dynamic environments where you can make a real impact and every voice matters
