About the role
- Be the friendly first voice prospects hear from HERO in the Netherlands
- Follow up on hot inbound leads and execute strategic outbound campaigns to book quality demos
- Own your core KPI by consistently scheduling qualified demo appointments for Account Executives
- Jump in to run demos yourself when needed, helping build momentum
- Share valuable insights from customer conversations to refine market entry strategy
- Translate marketing materials from English to Dutch and support local campaigns
- Represent HERO at Dutch trade fairs and customer events
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch plus excellent English (C1+) for seamless cross-market communication
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with outbound outreach or inside sales experience
- Strong communication skills with a genuine "can-do" attitude that prospects can feel through the phone
- Driven self-starter who's energetic, curious, and motivated by building something new in a fast-growing SaaS environment
- Willing to occasionally travel to the Netherlands for trade fairs and customer events
- Thrive in dynamic environments where you can make a real impact and every voice matters
- Work flexibly and location-independently with mobile working, supported by a subsidized Deutschland ticket (29 Euro)
