About the role
- Own enterprise onboarding and deployment of Levelpath from kickoff to go-live
- Partner with the sales team to facilitate product demonstrations and implementation readiness
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer goals, current-state processes, and success criteria
- Design and configure tailored workflows, roles, data flows, and approval processes within the platform
- Partner with engineering to facilitate and support technical integrations
- Deliver enablement sessions and hands-on training to champion adoption across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT
- Act as an extension of the customer’s team - managing stakeholders, aligning expectations, and driving milestone-based deployments
- Present customer feedback and insights internally to shape roadmap and improve product
- Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset to accelerate time to value and build long-term relationships
- Support process improvement by contributing to playbooks, templates, and documentation for future scale
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years focused in post-sales implementation, onboarding, or enterprise deployment role with a B2B SaaS product
- Experience working with large enterprise/strategic accounts and multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven track record leading complex deployments across multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Customer-obsessed mindset, providing consultative guidance on the way to successful launch of the platform
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS product configuration, workflows, and technical integrations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple implementation projects
- Excellent client-facing communication, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and outcomes
- Comfort in working across functions and levels - from analysts to C-suite stakeholders
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a bias for action and continuous improvement
