Solutions Engineer

• Serve as the technical lead during sales cycles, partnering with Account Executives to build alignment and deal momentum
• Conduct discovery with stakeholders to understand customer goals, pain points, and success criteria
• Design and deliver tailored demos and walkthroughs that map business processes to Levelpath capabilities
• Own enterprise POC and pilots including configuration from kickoff to successful completion, including success criteria, workflow design, roles, and data flows
• Partner with engineering to facilitate integrations and technical enablement
• Deliver sessions to audiences including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT
• Act as an extension of the customer’s team, managing expectations and aligning across stakeholders
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews including addressing technical objections
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, delivering feedback to influence the roadmap and improve product
• Help scale repeatable processes, assets, and documentation

Implementation Specialist

• Own enterprise onboarding and deployment of Levelpath from kickoff to go-live
• Partner with the sales team to facilitate product demonstrations and implementation readiness
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer goals, current-state processes, and success criteria
• Design and configure tailored workflows, roles, data flows, and approval processes within the platform
• Partner with engineering to facilitate and support technical integrations
• Deliver enablement sessions and hands-on training to champion adoption across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT
• Act as an extension of the customer’s team - managing stakeholders, aligning expectations, and driving milestone-based deployments
• Present customer feedback and insights internally to shape roadmap and improve product
• Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset to accelerate time to value and build long-term relationships
• Support process improvement by contributing to playbooks, templates, and documentation for future scale
