• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM talent acquisition at Levelpath
• Build and execute a hiring process across multiple complex searches while holding a high bar
• Manage both the recruiting process but also your internal stakeholders to ensure the recruiting process is moving forward efficiently
• Ensure a clean handover from the top of the funnel to closing
• Own recruiting platforms and tools with a drive for continual process improvement
• Implement sourcing processes to build a robust talent pipeline including managing third party recruiting firms
• Maintain data integrity of pipeline and provide data-centric updates to hiring managers and leadership
• Earn the trust of our team, candidates, and vendors through honesty and candor
• Work closely with the leadership team from the San Francisco HQ

Revenue Operations

• Architect and scale the operational backbone of the global GTM organization, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Design and implement the RevOps framework spanning sales process, forecasting, territory design, pipeline management, and GTM reporting
• Own and optimize the GTM systems stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to drive scalability and data integrity
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define and refine funnel metrics, pipeline velocity, and attribution models
• Lead AE capacity planning, quota setting, territory/account strategy, and annual planning cycles
• Build scalable reporting and dashboards for executive leadership and Board-level visibility
• Develop and maintain data governance practices to ensure reliable insights for decision-making
• Identify process bottlenecks, design improvements, and implement automation to increase efficiency across the revenue engine
• Work cross-functionally with senior Levelpath leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to accelerate ARR growth and prepare the organization for scale

• Work side-by-side with the Talent Acquisition Lead to own candidate experience and recruiting coordination
• Proactively source and engage candidates for Go-To-Market roles across sales, marketing, customer success, and related functions
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline using sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities
• Develop targeted outreach strategies to identify and engage passive talent using personalized messaging and structured follow-up
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams, ensuring timely communication and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
• Support high-velocity hiring and build top-of-funnel pipelines for revenue functions
• Collaborate with talent and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and evolving hiring needs
• Manage communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on process, expectations, and next steps
