About the role
- The Merchandise Manager runs the day-to-day of Level99 merchandise program and ensures products move efficiently from concept to player-ready execution.
- They turn strategy into action, managing the line plan, maintaining Shopify, overseeing reorders, and making sure every product is correctly built, priced, and launched on schedule.
- This is an operations and planning focused merchandise role, not a sales-floor or visual merchandising position.
- This role owns the systems, data, and execution required to run a merchandise program end-to-end, including SKU planning, forecasting, Shopify catalog management, reorders, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of a merchandise line or product catalog with 50+ active SKUs across retail and/or e-commerce, including responsibility for forecasting, reorders, and product lifecycle decisions.
- Proven experience in merchandising, planning, or retail operations within consumer products, lifestyle, or apparel.
- Hands-on experience running e-commerce or retail product catalogs (Shopify preferred).Experience with line planning, lifecycle management, and assortment forecasting.
- Strong understanding of how product data and systems connect(Shopify, POS, 3PL).Proven ability to use sales and inventory data to make smart merchandising calls.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising, visual standards, and in-store presentation.
- Demonstrated success coordinating across creative, supply chain, and retail functions to deliver on time.
- Experience supporting new store launches and product rollouts.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Shopify, Adobe, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Clear communicator with ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams.
- Able to balance creative priorities with operational constraints
