Solutions Engineer

• Clearly communicate Level AI’s infrastructure and technology to prospects, customers, and internal teams, tailoring the level of detail to the audience’s technical expertise.
• Spearhead technical discussions with customers in partnership with the delivery team, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities.
• Develop tactical solutions for strategic customers to optimize their setup and workflows within Level AI.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and the engineering team to create proof-of-concept (POC) solutions that showcase the value of Level AI integrations.
• Assist during the onboarding process by managing program tasks related to technical configurations, including telephony system integrations and data integration (both API-based and SFTP-based)
• Support and optimize the integration of telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or similar) with Level AI’s solutions.
• Manage and implement secure SFTP file transfers to support customer workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Understand clients' technical requirements which may require leading technical discovery sessions to ensure that our AI-powered customer support solutions are configured appropriately to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, and customer support, to address client needs and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our AI-powered customer support solutions, and effectively communicate technical information to clients.

Solutions Architect

Support Engineer

• Tech Support members are experts on Level AI’s product and apply their technical knowledge to support customers.
• Partner with the Customer Success teams and engineering to troubleshoot customer issues, and deliver solutions.
• Answer knowledge based questions about the product, and advise on best practices.
• Develop domain expertise in the areas of common SaaS Integrations (such as Salesforce and Kustomer) and Level AI’s NLU use cases.
• Document best practices, and answers to common questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize product issues and solutions.
• Design and implement scalable processes to build out the support team, globally.

Tech Support Engineer

Account Executive

• Own the full cycle from targeted outbound and qualification through evaluation, business case, negotiation, and close; expand wins into multi-year partnerships and renewals.
• Generate pipeline from an ICP list via value-driven outbounding (executive messaging, customer stories, POVs), events, and partner co-sell (e.g., CCaaS/CRM); prove a repeatable demand motion and initial win model (ICP, buyer map, messaging).
• Design and run POCs/pilots for Virtual Agent: scope use cases, success criteria, guardrails; align on KPIs (containment, AHT, CSAT) with clear executive outcomes.
• Sell to the C-suite and functional leaders (CX/Support, Digital, Operations, IT/Security, Procurement); orchestrate multi-threaded deals and consensus.
• Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to remove friction, tighten messaging, and bring voice-of-customer back to the roadmap.
• Use executive leverage (internal and partner leadership) to accelerate cycles and secure top-level sponsorship.
• Forecast with rigor in Salesforce; maintain clean stages, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC notes, next steps, and mutual close plans.
• Shape our motion—from messaging and pricing inputs to enablement materials—so the team scales on a single, clear narrative.

• Work on problems arising in speech-to-text pipelines, such as transcription, diarization, voice activity detection.
• Train, deploy and maintain scalable automatic speech recognition pipelines to power Level AI's ASR engine.
• Keep abreast of SOTA techniques in ASR and exchange knowledge with colleagues.
