About the role

  • Act as the operational backbone for the account team, helping ensure projects move efficiently and everyone has what they need to succeed.
  • Be the go-to partner for your clients. You’ll build trust, communicate proactively, and solve problems before they start.
  • Oversee daily execution across media and creative; ensure everything runs on time and exceeds expectations.
  • Collaborate with media strategists to analyze data, identify opportunities, and guide strategy.
  • Translate metrics into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Own forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing with precision.
  • Keep clients and teams informed on the latest marketing and industry trends.
  • Use generative AI tools to streamline work, spark ideas, and improve execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an agency or client services environment.
  • Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Financial fluency — you’ve owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-savvy — you can interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy accordingly.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
  • Comfortable using (and learning) AI tools to increase speed and quality.
