Requirements

  • Agency veteran: 5–7+ years in a digital agency, leading client accounts across paid media.
  • Paid media fluency: You’ve managed campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and other major platforms.
  • Platform savvy: In-platform experience with GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and dashboards is second nature.
  • Financial command: Comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and client-level profitability.
  • Strategic chops: Proven success driving performance in B2B, Financial Services, or similar verticals.
  • Presentation-ready: A confident communicator—written, visual, and verbal.
  • Deeply Analytical: You live in the numbers and make decisions that move the needle.
  • AI-native: You don’t just dabble—you apply AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Perplexity to work smarter and faster.
  • Detail-obsessed: You never let the small stuff slide and can juggle complex, high-volume accounts without blinking.
