Requirements
- Agency veteran: 5–7+ years in a digital agency, leading client accounts across paid media.
- Paid media fluency: You’ve managed campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and other major platforms.
- Platform savvy: In-platform experience with GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and dashboards is second nature.
- Financial command: Comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and client-level profitability.
- Strategic chops: Proven success driving performance in B2B, Financial Services, or similar verticals.
- Presentation-ready: A confident communicator—written, visual, and verbal.
- Deeply Analytical: You live in the numbers and make decisions that move the needle.
- AI-native: You don’t just dabble—you apply AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Perplexity to work smarter and faster.
- Detail-obsessed: You never let the small stuff slide and can juggle complex, high-volume accounts without blinking.
