HRIS Management (Dayforce): configuration, optimization, and daily maintenance of Dayforce across multiple legal entities and countries.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity in all modules (HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, etc.).
Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
People Operations Support (Full Employee Lifecycle): Lead and support onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, I-9 verification, background checks, global mobility, and more.
Ensure each lifecycle event is processed with consistency, accuracy, and speed.
Maintain documentation, checklists, and workflows to create a best-in-class employee experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and Legal to ensure alignment and seamless execution across systems.
Manage sensitive employee data with discretion and precision.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
Support audits, reporting, and policy documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
Projects & Process Improvement: Lead or contribute to process automation, system integrations, and special projects as needed.
Identify pain points in current workflows and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in People Operations and/or HRIS administration in a global environment.
Must have hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce (multi-country configuration highly preferred).
Demonstrable experience handling core People Ops functions across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, etc.).
Meticulous attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy.
Proven ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Superb communication and collaboration abilities.
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
