Requirements
- Provide technical expertise and consult customers on solutions
- Design customized solutions considering scalability, performance, security, and integration
- Oversee implementation and deployment at customer sites
- Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Deliver customer training and provide ongoing technical support
- Collaborate with product development and share field feedback
- Maintain documentation of solutions, configurations, and support activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide strategic guidance
