About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 SDRs, driving accountability and performance
- Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and skills training to elevate messaging and results
- Own pipeline generation metrics and daily activity tracking
- Create incentive programs (SPIFs, contests) to build energy and healthy competition
- Optimize SDR workflows within CRM and sales engagement tools
- Ensure data hygiene, accurate reporting, and KPI visibility
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and improve conversion
- Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the SDR function
Requirements
- Fluency in English required
- 2–5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
- 2–3+ years managing SDR teams
- Proven success driving outbound pipeline
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Deep understanding of SDR metrics and funnel conversion
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Data-driven, organized, high-energy leader.
