About the role
- You will be responsible for developing sales of yeast, bread improvers, milling ingredients, and optimizing margins
- Custodian of your customer database, its evolution, and responsible for growing volume and revenue in your territory
- Support distributor sales teams and measure their performance
- Conduct competitive intelligence
- Identify openings of new bakeries
- Master the technical characteristics of Lesaffre’s product range
- Help ensure clear market visibility
- Maintain good communication with the Baking Center team
Requirements
- Degree in business or commercial studies
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience working with distributors of FMCG products
- English language skills would be a plus
