About the role

  • You will be responsible for developing sales of yeast, bread improvers, milling ingredients, and optimizing margins
  • Custodian of your customer database, its evolution, and responsible for growing volume and revenue in your territory
  • Support distributor sales teams and measure their performance
  • Conduct competitive intelligence
  • Identify openings of new bakeries
  • Master the technical characteristics of Lesaffre’s product range
  • Help ensure clear market visibility
  • Maintain good communication with the Baking Center team

Requirements

  • Degree in business or commercial studies
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience working with distributors of FMCG products
  • English language skills would be a plus
