• Follow all safety protocols and participate in required safety programs
• Manage designated Strategic and Growth accounts within the assigned channel
• Develop multi-year growth plans aligned to customer innovation roadmaps
• Build executive-level relationships across innovation, procurement, regulatory, and marketing functions
• Lead joint business planning processes where appropriate
• Protect and grow existing revenue
• Drive portfolio cross-sell opportunities across ingredient families
• Maintain pricing discipline and margin integrity
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on demand planning and order continuity
• Identify new ingredient opportunities within existing customers
• Engage early in formulation cycles
• Advance opportunities through structured CRM pipeline stages
• Coordinate technical, regulatory, and marketing support to accelerate conversion
• Maintain a defined target account list
• Develop structured penetration strategies
• Engage strategic prospects aligned with channel growth priorities
• Drive new logo acquisition aligned to portfolio strategy
• Orchestrate R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing support for key initiatives
• Escalate strategic opportunities through appropriate governance forums
• Align internally to ensure high execution velocity
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene
• Provide reliable revenue forecasting
• Deliver against revenue and margin targets
• Contribute to the annual business planning process
• Perform other duties as assigned
