About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Follow all safety protocols and participate in required safety programs
  • Manage designated Strategic and Growth accounts within the assigned channel

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on demand planning and order continuity
  • Identify new ingredient opportunities within existing customers
  • Engage early in formulation cycles
  • Advance opportunities through structured CRM pipeline stages
  • Coordinate technical, regulatory, and marketing support to accelerate conversion
  • Maintain a defined target account list
  • Develop structured penetration strategies
  • Engage strategic prospects aligned with channel growth priorities
  • Drive new logo acquisition aligned to portfolio strategy
  • Orchestrate R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing support for key initiatives
  • Escalate strategic opportunities through appropriate governance forums
  • Align internally to ensure high execution velocity
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene
  • Provide reliable revenue forecasting
  • Deliver against revenue and margin targets
  • Contribute to the annual business planning process
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional foods, sales, or a related discipline
  • 3 or more years of experience in nutraceutical, specialty ingredient, or B2B health-related sales
  • Proven track record managing $5M+ in sales with strategic account portfolios
  • Ability to navigate scientific and regulatory discussions
  • Experience managing complex, long sales cycles
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within North America
  • Experience selling into DTC, Practitioner, MLM, or CPG brands preferred
  • Ideally located in the Western region of the U.S.
