• Welcome each visitor pleasantly and professionally
• Provide high-quality in-person and telephone reception with an exemplary attitude (smile, politeness, listening and dialogue)
• Identify customers and their specific needs in order to inform and advise all types of visitors (French and international) in an appropriate and personalized manner
• Adapt your work to give priority to customers
• Process information requests quickly (letters, emails)
• Ensure that the reception area displays are tidy, organized by theme, and restocked as needed
• Update exterior and interior information boards daily: remove outdated information and replace it with current updates (activities, events, piste openings, weather…)
• Promote the Tourist Office’s tourism products and ensure their restocking: manage stock (maps, posters, shop products …)
• Comply with cash handling procedures
