About the role
- Ensure smooth operational performance and high service quality
- Manage and engage the team
- Recruit, onboard and train staff
- Develop and oversee staff schedules
- Lead daily briefings and debriefings
- Supervise the dining room and bar teams

Requirements
- Diploma from a hospitality or hotel management school, or a BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience as a multi-site restaurant/F&B manager
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in sales techniques
- Excellent knowledge of service management
- Knowledge of accounting and finance: budgeting and cost management
