Requirements

  • Diploma from a hospitality or hotel management school, or a BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience as a multi-site restaurant/F&B manager
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations
  • Excellent managerial and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in sales techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of service management
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance: budgeting and cost management
