About the role

  • Reporting to our Accommodation Manager, you manage customer relations by providing responses and advice tailored to customers' expectations while respecting commitments and the expected level of service quality.
  • As the primary point of contact for our customers, you ensure the quality of request handling, maintain traceability, and ensure the accuracy of data entered in the customer information system.
  • Respond to customers via the various channels used (phone, email, social media, etc.)
  • Direct customer requests to the relevant external or internal departments (sales, service providers, accounting, reservations)
  • Follow up on customer requests
  • Complete the CRM "GUEST PROFILE"
  • Escalate and report relevant information (upsell opportunities, special requirements, etc.)
  • Respond to customer reviews on various platforms
  • Provide occasional support to the reception/front desk team

Requirements

  • You hold a BTS NDRC or equivalent
  • Ideally you have previous experience in customer relations (preferably within the hotel industry)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT tools
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Known for your listening skills and strong communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid written communication skills
  • Empathetic, rigorous, and adaptable
