About the role
- Supervise and take part in the beverage service operations at Bar des Amis
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with procedures
- Lead the daily activities of a team of around 5 staff members
- Support the development of your team members' skills: training, implementation of standards, etc.
- Foster a positive working environment through an open, collaborative approach
- Manage purchasing, ordering, and stock for your outlet
Requirements
- Significant experience as a bar manager in a similar establishment
- Strong managerial and communication skills
- Experience managing a beverage service operation
- Proficient in sales techniques
- Excellent product knowledge and mixology skills
