• You take overall responsibility for our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• You strategically develop our channels — from positioning and editorial planning to format development.
• You identify which content resonates with our target groups and sustainably grow our reach.
• You coordinate content input from volunteers and internal stakeholders and ensure clear processes.
• You conceptualize and independently produce high-performing content (Reels, TikToks, carousel posts, Stories, etc.).
• You translate our mission into valuable, engaging storytelling that activates audiences.
• You stay on top of trends and adapt new formats quickly and creatively for our education-focused audiences.
• You ensure a consistent visual and verbal brand identity.
• You manage our community (DMs/comments) with appreciation and professionalism.
• You spot sentiment and feedback early and derive optimizations from them.
• You build relationships with key advocates, influencers, and cooperation partners.
• You gradually familiarize yourself with performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, tracking, analytics).
