About the role
- Active new customer acquisition in the B2B environment (outbound via phone, LinkedIn, e-mail)
- Qualification, development and closing of new business opportunities for consultative, complex digital services
- Close collaboration with marketing to develop and leverage campaigns, sales assets and lead formats
- Joint work with our Account Managers to:
- introduce new sales impulses into existing customers
- systematically unlock cross- and upselling potential
- Management of your pipeline in the CRM including forecasts, KPIs and closing rates
- Responsibility for inquiries, pitches, proposals and contract signings
- Active involvement in shaping sales approaches, processes and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B new business sales (agency, IT, SaaS, platforms, or similar)
- Proven success in closing consultative, complex services
- “Hunter” mentality: drive, ownership and strong closing skills
- Understanding of marketing-driven lead generation and campaign activity
- Structured working style and enjoyment of CRM-based sales management
- Confident presence at decision-maker level
- Desire for responsibility, performance and professional development
- You don’t have to be a “tech nerd” — but you should be curious enough to convincingly communicate our solutions
