You will be working within Integrated Product Teams to provide a Customer orientated focus on the design characteristics and performance.
Your developing engineering and analysis skills will be used across the full equipment lifecycle: from concept and requirements analysis; through design; development; production; test; delivery to the customer; in service support solutions and finally disposal.
Generating, assessing and delivering the analysis of the Reliability, Maintainability, Testability and Safety (RMT&S) characteristics of our new products and product upgrades.
You will learn and develop your understanding of the key elements of support processes and Customer operational needs to help develop support solutions using state-of-the-art modelling, simulation tools and test environments.
You will work closely with Systems, Mechanical, Laser, RF, Electronics and Software engineers to identify and avoid real support related problems on complex systems, before they reach the Customers environment.
Requirements
All of our roles require (a) a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master’s degree, or (b) a higher degree, such as a MSc or PhD.
Security Clearance: This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
