About the role
- Leading a team of engineers in all engineering efforts for assigned projects
- Ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Guaranteeing design compliance with all project specifications and requirements
- Reviewing customer specifications and requirements
- Monitoring and providing budget, cost, and schedule status for assigned projects
- Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with program management and participating in project proposals
- Working with technicians and support personnel
- Supporting and defending the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Mastery of technologies and domain knowledge
- Knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active DOD security clearance or ability to obtain it
