About the role

  • Conduct consultative calls and provide service to inbound and outbound B2B leads.
  • Perform needs assessments and deliver demonstrations/presentations of commercial proposals.
  • Actively prospect to identify new clients and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Perform needs assessments and deliver demonstrations/presentations of commercial proposals to potential clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring client satisfaction and favorable conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach.
  • Monitor the market and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Participate in events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services and expand the network of contacts.
  • Track and report progress on sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Update the CRM with relevant information about clients and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Preferred: Specializations in Sales, Marketing, or technical courses related to the commercial area.
  • Preferred: Basic to intermediate level of English.
  • Preferred: Experience in the corporate education (EdTech) sector and in selling LMS platforms is recommended.
