About the role

  • Deploy and continuously improve the onboarding and employee integration journey in alignment with global HR principles
  • Contribute to HR development projects led by the Head of HR, providing a local French perspective
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of employee lifecycle administration (contracts, amendments, employee records) in collaboration with the HR Officer
  • Handle complex or sensitive contractual situations
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations
  • Ensure HR practices fully comply with French labor law and internal policies
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, providing day-to-day guidance on people management topics
  • Support managers in handling complex and sensitive employee situations
  • Lead and support performance management processes
  • Contribute to organizational change and transformation projects, supporting managers through change
  • Manage selected recruitment processes for the French population, in close collaboration with hiring managers
  • Support managers on role definition, interview processes, and hiring decisions

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role (HR Officer, HR Generalist, Junior HRBP or similar)
  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • First hands-on experience working with employee relations and HR operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance requirements
  • Practical experience across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, absence management, and benefits
  • Exposure to employee relations topics (CSE, consultations, social dialogue) is a strong plus
  • Initial experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
  • Business-oriented mindset, capable of balancing people needs and operational priorities
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment and supporting organizational transformations
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple topics simultaneously, and work autonomously
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in developing HR Business Partner skills
  • Fluent in French and in English
  • Comfortable using Lucca and payroll tools; strong Excel skills are a plus
