Consultant

• Ownership of multiple external client relationships, including identifying client needs, interpreting client problems, and communicating expectations.
• Organization of projects within the Teamwork Project Management software and communication of project statuses, with clear prioritization and history of work completed.
• Make recommendations based on proficient technical knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively to understand problems and explain solutions.
• Develop functional, error-free, advanced Encompass solutions, with thorough scoping, testing, and documentation, that resolve client needs.
• Configure Encompass environments, including Smart Client, Web, TPO, and Consumer Connect, using best practices.
• Adapting to new mortgage workflow and Encompass solutions and integrations when needed.
• Work on assigned internal projects to expand the existing product and service offerings for Lender Toolkit customers.
• Provide suggestions and solutions to expand and enhance the Lender Toolkit product library.
• Partnering and guiding team members on suggested solutions and training opportunities.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and telephone presence with ability to demonstrate control and flexibility while dealing with difficult internal/external clients.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes and maintaining any required industry certificates (as needed).
• Act as a resource to less senior members on the team and assist on training, troubleshooting, etc. when needed.
