About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through various channels
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and keep HubSpot up to date with all interactions
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in software sales.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of knowledge of the Ice Mortgage Technology Encompass® platform and the mortgage industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex software and principles.
  • Proven sales ability, customer service skills, relationship, and rapport building.
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage software and services and how markets and economies affect those services.
  • Ability to understand the needs and processes of prospective clients and apply our existing solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident to pick up the phone, have a face-to-face conversation, nail the demo, and make the sales process a smooth one!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (and HubSpot a plus!)
