Creative Strategist

• Set the creative vision and bar across Zable, work closely on the rebrand and its roll-out
• Translate brand strategy into a coherent creative system: identity, tone, design language, motion and video
• Own creative review across all marketing output — paid, lifecycle, organic, brand, partnerships, sponsorships
• Evolve the brand over time based on customer insight, performance data and market shifts
• Hire, manage and develop the creative pod — designers, video producers, freelancers and agency partners
• Set briefs, prioritise work and run a high-output, high-quality creative function
• Coach the team on craft, AI workflows and commercial thinking
• Define the operating model — in-house vs. agency vs. freelance — that scales with our ambition
• Partner closely with the CMO, growth, lifecycle, content, SEO and product teams to align brand and performance
• Work with product design to ensure brand coherence between marketing and in-product experience
• Collaborate with finance, legal and compliance to keep work on-brand and on-policy
• Lead the creative team’s adoption of AI — tools, workflows, evaluation
• Build the systems, templates and processes that let us produce at volume without compromising the bar
• Set creative effectiveness benchmarks and embed a test-and-learn culture

• Partner with the marketing designer, content creator, and growth team to create and iterate on static and motion ad creative for paid channels (primarily Meta), working within established brand guidelines
• Produce lifecycle communications including emails, direct mailers, and card carriers
• Translate ideas into scalable creative variations to support testing and learning
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics
• Conduct research to identify trends in marketing assets and apply insights to designs
• Contribute to creative testing by experimenting with formats, layouts, and Messaging
• Own creative QA before launch, ensuring accuracy in regulatory text, formats, and exports
• Maintain consistent visual language across all marketing materials to ensure brand coherence
• Work closely with marketing, product managers, and stakeholders to define campaign goals, visual themes, and key messaging
• Contribute ideas to creative direction and experimentation
• Work within marketing templates/systems and collaborate with product design when alignment is needed
• Regularly explore and adapt AI tools to increase speed and quality of work
• Support ongoing improvements to creative processes, tooling, and workflows
• Advocate for user-centred design and articulate design decisions to build design culture

Customer Support Agent – Mexico Credit Card Team

Product Analyst

• Be the dedicated analytical leader for the Zable app, deeply understanding user behavior and engagement drivers to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Develop and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into user behavior, overall app health, and business performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle patterns to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
• Apply data science techniques to build predictive models for user behavior, churn risk, and uplift modeling to inform proactive product decisions.
• Own the end-to-end A/B testing process, including experimental design, execution, analysis and recommendations.
• Establish experimentation standards and best practices, including test design, statistical rigour, and result interpretation.
• Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven perspectives that shape strategic discussions and roadmap planning.
• Proactively partner with product managers, analysts and engineers to embed data into the daily decision-making flow and translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
• Define and champion analytics best practices, standards, and methodologies within the growth analytics team.
