• Build and maintain automation and optimization workflows across multiple business areas — from Operations to Sales and Design to Development; e.g., developing internal dashboards, automating repetitive processes, performing data analyses and reporting — implemented using tools like n8n, Zapier, Retool as well as Claude Code, Claude Cowork and other AI tools and their APIs
• Extract and integrate data from various platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify and other SaaS tools
• Provide proactive support to other teams with the goal of further optimizing processes and increasing overall company efficiency
