About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain automation and optimization workflows across multiple business areas — from Operations to Sales and Design to Development; e.g., developing internal dashboards, automating repetitive processes, performing data analyses and reporting — implemented using tools like n8n, Zapier, Retool as well as Claude Code, Claude Cowork and other AI tools and their APIs
Extract and integrate data from various platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify and other SaaS tools
Provide proactive support to other teams with the goal of further optimizing processes and increasing overall company efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to analyze, structure and redesign processes from the ground up — from understanding business goals to delivering a finished solution
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier and/or n8n
Experience working with AI tools and their APIs (e.g., Claude API, OpenAI API) as well as No-Code integrations; knowledge of Claude Code or similar developer tools is a plus
Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics or Shopify
Structured, independent working style with a good understanding of business processes
Experience with Retool or similar tools is a plus
Good communication in German and/or English
